Office Managers (OM) are experiencing more pressure than ever to lead, manage and coach employees to achieve the goals in a dental practice. Our workshops include analysis and discussion of real - life case studies provided by the participants themselves to design and develop action plans for behavior change to achieve practice goals.
The program consists of four workshops held once a month for four months.
Additionally, each participant will receive one 30 minute one-on-one coaching call during the workshop program.
